OIT Help Desk
Welcome
The mission of the Help Desk is to facilitate the timely solution to technology problems so that the ISU community can more effectively deliver, contribute to, or receive education. If possible, we will provide you with answers or solutions at the time of first contact. More complex issues will be transferred to technicians who can help you with hardware and software installation, hardware and software problems, network access, and other ISU computer-related problems.
The Help Desk is available from:
Monday – Thursday – 7:30am to Midnight.
Friday – 7:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m.
Saturday – 8:00am to 2:00 p.m.
Sunday – 3:00pm until 9:00 p.m.
